An Atlanta Tradition- that some do not understand

As a child growing up, my parents took me to ride the Pink Pig at Rich's in downtown Atlanta every year. I loved Priscilla and the "I rode the Pink Pig" sticker at the end.

I still remember when the Pink Pig was being retired. I was sad that my children would never get to share in this joy.

They did the bring Pink Pig back. Yet, it is not the same as the original. It will do and I am able to start a tradition with my children.

Maddie has been the last 2 years with her cousins. She loved the ride, the lights, the music and most of all the "I rode the Pink Pig" sticker at the end of the ride. I hope this becomes one of Maddie's favorite Christmas memories as she grows up.
